Introduction
LED Flexible Strip is a linear lighting product that uses flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs) as the substrate and carries SMD or COB LED devices. It can be used in segments according to fixed cutting points.
SMD LED Strip: 2835/5050 package, dot-matrix emission, fixed LED spacing, supports multiple power density configurations.
COB LED Strip: Continuously packaged chips, linear and uniform light output, no obvious light spots, suitable for close-range visible installation.
High-Brightness LED Strip: Increased number of LEDs per unit length, higher power density, suitable for high-illuminance applications.
Low-Voltage Power Supply Structure: 12V/24V DC input, supports segmented power supply and multi-point access.
Flexible Structure: FPC substrate, can be bent and installed along curved surfaces, adaptable to irregular structures.
Protective Structure: Silicone tubing or potting process, achieving IP65/IP67 waterproof and dustproof protection.

LED Chip Testing
Integrating sphere testing of luminous flux, color temperature, and color rendering parameters to screen for incoming material consistency.
Electrical Performance Testing
Voltage and current tester to test the input and output parameters and power deviation of the entire LED strip.
Aging Test
Performing power-on aging (continuous lighting test) on the finished product to observe light decay and failure.
Waterproof Performance Testing
Verifying the sealing performance of the IP65/IP67 protective structure through immersion or spraying equipment.
Solder Joint and Connection Inspection
Checking the conductivity and connection firmness of solder joints to avoid cold solder joints or open circuits.
Appearance and Dimension Inspection
Visual and dimensional inspection of FPC circuitry, LED chip arrangement, and cutting positions.
